Genre: Diachronic drama * belongs to an ancient period, especially of the historical period and pertaining to time-honoured.

Synopsis: In Indian cinema’s scenarios, most of the directors believed in the horrific, thriller, action and sentiments genres to reach on the commercial aspects, that easily perceived by the palpates in the Mollywood industry, usually concentrate on natural situations and the visualization looks very simplified manner.

“Kayamkulam Kochunni” is all set of social causes that a person, who has authorized the issues, that others are undue the pressures. The content is based on revolt that an individual man tries to make for a change against the authority, a struggle in which one faction attempts to control from another.

The film was directed by Rosshan Andrrews has been given in a heroic poetry format, the script show on the flexibility of rich and poor people constraints. The film was masterminded by an upcoming hero Nivin Pauly and a die heart hero of the Mollywood industry an actor Mohanlal was coming parallel towards Nivin Pauly to support the movie.

Story: The film opens with a century before, the sinless people were targeted as a savagery, Kochunni’s father was affected in terrible ways of sensitivity and which creates an emotional feeling, the man Kochunni, who is an honest in nature, the fellow keeps the poor people and the lower caste with his arms from the rich people.

A property owner who leases to others in an atrocious way and treat them aggressively. As it is being in the nineteenth century, for the higher class people evidently the British people support a lot and from this critical situation Kochunni was converted as an armed robbery man who stops a vehicle and steals from them. The content which explicitly of suffering of lower cast people and how they were struggling for their basic rights.

Mohanlal’s performances, which was tremendous and the audience were grabbing the attention by his acting, Nivin Pauly in the character of Kochunni was splendid output. The director Rosshan Andrrews made a lavishly elegant screenplay.

The movie holds the audience by the graceful sequels and the technical aspects inspiring in the each and every stratum, Binod Pradhan had a rattling visual. A smashing applauds towards Gopi Sundar by his music. Overall, the film magical of artists treats for the viewers.

Verdict: An art that invokes the eccentrics by an appropriate script.
