Naturals, the leading hair and & beauty salon in India presents Chennai Fashion Week in association with The Designers Council of India and Brand Avatar. The fashion week was choreographed by Karun Raman. Rochelle Rao is the face of the Chennai Fashion Week. The first Chennai Fashion week saw many established designers as well as new talents who showcased their collection. Chennai Fashion Week provided a big platform to upcoming designers and models.
The Chennai fashion show was held at The Westin on July 11 and 12, 2015 with a grand opening by Studio 9696 on Day 1. Designers and brands Studio 9696, Mathusha, Indrajith, Ritu Kumar, Sri Kumaran Stores, Swathi Purushothaman, Santhosh Kumar and Sarath Krishnan presented their latest collection at the fashion week.
Speaking on the occasion Mr. C.K Kumaravel said “the beauty and fashion industries go hand in hand and to celebrate this under the same platform we have associated with Chennai fashion week 2015. In this one of a kind fashion event Naturals’ top hair experts & stylist will present an exclusive line of hair styles. Our beauty and hair experts will get an opportunity to showcase their talent with the popular mix of participating designers”

Swathi: Collection is inspired by the beauty of autumn. The not so soft & crisp textures in various shades leading from fresh leaf greens to dry leaf browns has a whole color story that has been explored in this collection. Concept note:- Indo-western men’s and women’s bridal collection. The collection is all about fusion of Indian and western culture with increasing exposure of Indian subcontinent to western world. The collection includes men’s and women’s Indian bridal and western outfits such as lehengas , Cinderella style gowns, sherwanis and formal suits for men’s. Colours majorly used are dark shades and pestal toons for sami style outfits etc, as well as added more of machine embroidery with light hand touch up of stones, sadhi and jari work on it and it is a paradoxical mix of fluidity and construction the new silhouette combines of two (culture) style.
