Plastic surgery, when performed by a board-certified plastic surgeon, not only enhances one’s appearance but also can have added health benefits. An aspect of health-care reform that has not been much discussed is cosmetic surgery. No longer is Cosmetic surgery perceived as wanting to change one’s ethnicity or originality, but rather a lifestyle enhancement that transcends all definitions of beauty, irrespective of race and class.
